The composition comprises, by weight percentage, 0.1-3.0% of water soluble anionic polymer, 0.5-3.0% of humectant, 0.1-2% of solubilizer, 0.01-1% of hair conditioner, 0.05-0.2% of essence, 0.05-0.5% of anticorrisive agent and deionized water for complementing to 100%, wherein the water soluble anionic polymer is selected at least one of sodium polystyrenesulfonate, carbomer, acrylic acids (esters)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate ester crosslinked polymer.
