Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a shunt scheduling system and method for integrating heterogeneous networks; the system comprises a wireless router, a mobile network core system, and a heterogeneous network router; when the external terminal device is located within the service coverage of the heterogeneous network router and the wireless router, and the terminal device has the heterogeneous network integration access conditions, the heterogeneous network router instructs the terminal device to connect with the heterogeneous network router and the wireless router at the same time, and to allocate the downstream traffic split ratio to the terminal device according to the respective online status of the wireless router and the mobile network core system, thus providing better connecting quality for the terminal device.
