Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a zero frequency high-suppression complex filter device, comprising a complex filter circuit and a highpass feedback circuit. The complex filter circuit comprises an I-way signal channel and a Q-way signal channel. The I-way signal channel and the Q-way signal channel carry out cross feedback and feed back the output of the complex filter circuit to an input end of a first amplifier of a complex filter. The highpass circuit is taken as a feedback loop, thereby filtering image frequency of input signals and suppressing low frequency and zero frequency of the input signals. Through application of the device, for increase of suppression of the zero frequency and low frequency signals of the complex filter, on the premise that an area is changed slightly, the high pass feedback circuit is increased, and the system reliability and performance are improved.
