Method for determining acidolysis rate of titanium slag

The invention discloses a method for determining acidolysis rate of titanium slag. The method comprises the steps of (1) Levigating the titanium slag to obtain powder of titanium slag; (2) Mixing the powder of titanium slag with oil of vitriol and completing acidolysis to obtain acid solution and sulfur dioxide; (3) Curing the acid solution to obtain cured solution and sulfur dioxide; (4) Performing leaching-filtration treatment for the cured solution to obtain titanium containing filtrate and filter residue; (5) Reducing the titanium containing filtrate to obtain titanium containing filtrate; (6) Performing titration for the titanium containing filtrate with the standard solution of ammonium ferric sulfate and recording the volume of the ammonium ferric sulfate V1; (7) Ashing the filter residue and dissolving to obtain the solution; (8) Reducing the solution to obtain titanium containing solution; (9) Performing titration for the titanium containing filtrate with the standard solution of ammonium ferric sulf
