Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of measuring trace amount of zinc in salt, in particular to a method for measuring the trace amount of zinc in salt through a cloud point extraction-spectrophotometric method. Zn2+ and 2,2-dipyridyl form a stable complex in an acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer system with the pH of 5.20 with a nonionic surfactant Triton X-114 as an extraction agent, cloud point induced phase separation of the surfactant is used, the cloud point extraction-spectrophotometric method is built to measure the zinc content in salt, and bases are provided for quality control of salt. The method is mainly used in measurement of the trace amount of zinc in salt. The method is safe, efficient and high in accuracy, and is a novel environment-friendly analysis method.
