Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an electric automobile gear shifting mechanism which comprises a base, an operating rod assembly and a pressure rod assembly; the operating rod assembly comprises a rotary shaft, a connecting part arranged on the rotary shaft and capable of rotating along with the rotary shaft and an operating rod spliced on the connecting part; a magnetic element is arranged on the connecting part; the operating rod drives the connecting part to rotate around the rotary shaft; a hall element inducing plate inducts position variation of the magnetic element for transmitting a signal to a circuit control board to carry out gear shifting; the pressure rod assembly comprises a pressure rod spliced in the splicing part and a slide rail arranged in a mounting cavity; a slide slot is formed in the slide rail; four concave surfaces are arranged in the slide slot; the upper end part of the pressure rod can be blocked into the slide slot in a relative sliding mode; and the upper end part of the pressure rod can
