Method for culturing livestock fibroblasts for aerospace biology breeding

The invention discloses a method for culturing livestock fibroblasts for aerospace biology breeding. The method comprises the following steps: mainly using a polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane for attached growth of the livestock fibroblasts; then rolling the PVDF membrane attached with the livestock fibroblasts into a cell freezing tube; adding agar solid culture medium with the concentration of 50 mg/ml to provide nutrition for cells; carrying the cell freezing tube on a scientific experimental satellite; and after flying in space for 12 days, successfully recovering the fibroblasts of the livestock animals, and completing routine culturing, sub-culturing and cryopreservation.
