The main body material of the supporting material is polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), a biological raw material starch is used to fill, and a plasticizer and a lubricant are used as auxiliary materials; and blending extrusion of a PVA and starch mixture is carried out under guaranteed extrusion conditions by using a single screw extruder. The main components PVA and starch of the water-soluble 3D printing supporting material prepared from the starch-filled PVA composite material are environmentally friendly, so the supporting material has the advantages of easiness in degradation, good biocompatibility, good glossiness, good transparency, good hand feeling and good heat resistance.
