This invention discloses a method for extracting nosipeptide by using ceramic membrane microfiltration to filtrate crushed hypha and ultrasonic wave to destroy hypha cell wall. The method can improve yield by over 6%, and is conducive to economic efficiency. The method reduces wastewater discharge and is beneficial to environment protection.
