Zusammenfassung: | This invention relates to a preparing method of crude nosipeptide. The method is characterized by comprising steps of micro-straining the nosipeptide fermentation broth through ceramic membrane, soaking in ethanol,being extracted by ultrasonic wave, being precipitated in sour water, after filtration,decompression and drying then obtain the Nosipeptide crude products. This invention discloses a method for extracting nosipeptide by using ceramic membrane microfiltration to filtrate crushed hypha and ultrasonic wave to destroy hypha cell wall. The method can improve yield by over 6%, and is conducive to economic efficiency. The method reduces wastewater discharge and is beneficial to environment protection. The solvent used in this method is low in corrosion and toxicity and good for professional health.
本发明涉及种那西肽粗品的制备方法,其特征在于其工艺步骤包括:将那西肽发酵液经陶瓷膜微滤,乙醇浸泡,超声波浸提,酸水沉淀,抽滤、减压干燥得到那西肽粗品。本发明为利用陶瓷膜微滤粉碎菌丝、用超声波将菌丝细胞破壁提取那西肽的方法,该方法可提高提取收率6%以上,有利于经济效益提高。本方法减少废水排放量,有利于环保处理。本方法采用溶媒腐蚀性小、毒性小,有利于设备维护,有利于职业健康。 |
