Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a porcelain insulator glaze with a positive temperature coefficient, and a production method thereof. The glaze comprises, by mass, 20-40% of feldspar, 20-40% of quartz, 0-10% of Jiepai mud, 0-10% of talcum, 10-20% of flint clay, 10-50% of barium titanate and 0-10% of lanthana, and the sum of mass percentages of above components is 100%. Barium titanate is introduced to the glaze, and the spontaneous polarization of barium titanate is used, so the paraelectric phase of crystals is converted into a ferroelectric phase when the temperature decreases to a Curie point in order to generate an electricdomain structure, thereby the porcelain insulator glaze has a positive temperature coefficient.
种正温度系数的瓷绝缘子釉及其制备方法,特征在于:按质量百分比加入长石20%~40%,石英20%~40%,界牌泥0%~10%,滑石0%~10%,焦宝石10%~20%,钛酸钡10%~50%,氧化镧0%~10%,各组份之和为百分之百。本釉浆引入钛酸钡,利用其自发极化,通过降低温度到居里点时,晶体从顺电相转变为铁电相产生电畴结构,从而使瓷绝缘子釉具有正温度系数特性。 |
