The invention discloses a novel glass cutting machine transmission belt, comprising a multi-wedge belt (1) and a plurality of multi-wedge belt wheels (2) sleeved on a rotating shaft, wherein the multi-wedge belt (1) is sleeved outside an area encircled by the plurality of the multi-wedge belt wheels (2), and the inner wall of the multi-wedge belt (1) is clung to outer walls of the multi-wedge belt wheels (2); parts of the inner wall of the multi-wedge belt (1) are concave inwards to form multiple ring-shaped wedge grooves which are uniformly arranged along the width direction of the multi-wedge belt (1); parts of the outer walls of the multi-wedge belt wheels (2) are convex outwards to form multiple ring-shaped wedge bulges (3) matched with the ring-shaped wedge grooves; and an expansion sleeve (4) is sleeved between the multi-wedge belt wheels (2) and the rotating shaft, and a key groove matched with a key on the rotating shaft is formed on the inner wall of the expansion sleeve (4).
