The oxygen bath receives an organic wastewater and a photosynthetic fluid; the photosynthetic fluid is added to the oxygen bath at a rate of 1/800 to 1/200 of the oxygen bath volume per day, and the concentration in the photosynthetic fluid is 108 to 1011 CFU / mL; the photosynthetic fluid will process the organic wastewater into the first biological sludge; the aerobic tank to receive the first biological sludge and a spore bacteria liquid; the spore bacteria liquid is added into the aerobic tank at a ratio of 1/300 to 1/800 of aerobic tank volume, and the concentration of spore bacteria liquid is 108 to 1011CFU / mL, thus processing the first biological sludge into a second biological sludge.
