A front end panel capable of vertically moving and overturning relative to the device frame is arranged on the gas cylinder passing hole of the device frame; and an inserting and matching structure for inserting and matching in a vertical direction is arranged between the front end panel and the device frame, and comprises an end panel inserting and matching section arranged on the front end panel, and a device frame inserting and matching section which is arranged on the device frame, downwards slides by depending on the dead weight when the end panel is lifted up, and is used for matching with the end panel inserting and matching section in an inserting way so as to limit the front end panel in a retraction position.
