Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a temperature and noise lowering device of a paper mounting machine. The temperature and noise lowering device of the paper mounting machine comprises an air blower arranged on the machine table side of the paper mounting machine. An air suction opening of the air blower is right opposite to a cooling point of the paper mounting machine. An air exhaust opening of the air blower is connected with a lengthened pipe directly communicating with the outside of a room. The lengthened pipe exhausts waste heat air to the outside of the room. According to the temperature and noise lowering device of the paper mounting machine, the exhaust end of the air blower is lengthened and extends to the outside of the room, heat generated by the paper mounting machine is collected and exhausted to the outside of the room, the local temperature of the paper mounting machine is effectively lowered, circulation of indoor air is accelerated, and therefore the purpose of indoor overall temperature lowering is
