Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an anti-sintering and non-adhesive furan resin foundry sand material. The material comprises 80-95% of chrome ore, 5-20% of inert sand and 1-1.2% of furan resin; the 1-1.2% of furan resin contains curing agents accounting for 20-60% of the furan resin by mass ratio, and the curing agents are benzenesulfonic acid; and the inert sand (being inert to acid and alkaline) can be replaced by an inorganic material or an organic material which can be resolved into gas at high temperature and is powdery at normal temperature. According to the material, curing molding is easy when the furan resin is adopted as an adhesion agent, foundry sand is free of sintering or chemical adhesion after calcined at high temperature, sand cleaning is easy, the labor productivity is greatly improved, and the surface quality of castings is excellent; raw materials are rich and easy to obtain, and the work environment is greatly improved compared with the environment adopting materials in the past; and the producti |
