The method comprises the following steps: receiving a communication message transmitted by a first terminal device, wherein a destination address of the communication message is a second terminal device; judging whether the second terminal device accesses a first business server or not; and if a judgment result is No, caching the communication message to a cache server, so that a second business server accessed by the second terminal device acquires the communication message from the cache server, and transmitting the communication message to the second terminal device.
