The invention provides a link stacking method and device, and a cross-frame traffic forwarding method and device. The link stacking method comprises the steps of virtualizing a plurality of devices into one device; and establishing one or more virtual devices on the one device and allocating stacked links, which are independent of one another and are used for cross-frame traffic forwarding, to the one or more virtual devices. Through application of the methods and the devices, the single-point hidden trouble problem resulting from forwarding cross-frame traffic by employing the shared stacked links is solved, and the traffic forwarding reliability is improved. 本发明提供了种链路堆叠方法、装置及跨机框流量转发方法、装置。其中，该链路堆叠方法包括：将多个设备虚拟为个设备；在个设备上创建个或者多个虚拟设备，并为个或者多个虚拟设备分配相互独立的用于跨机框流量转发的堆叠链路。通过本发明，解决了采用共用堆叠链路转发跨机框流量所导致的单点隐患问题，提高了流量转发的可靠性。
