The transformer region grid virtual set is used for measuring electric energy information of electric current which flows over the transformer region grid virtual set and transmitting the electric energy information to the router concentrator. The router concentrator is used for transmitting the electric energy information to the data fusion server. The data fusion server is used for controlling a power distribution network.
