Coin sorting method and apparatus

The invention relates to a coin sorting method and apparatus. The method includes the following steps: conveying coins to a spinning apparatus, tossing out the coins at a preset speed; the tossed out coins entering a slide rail, according to different diameters of tracks in the slide rail, the coins with different diameters entering different receiving ports; conveying the sorted coins to an axial flow collator to realize mechanical arrangement; and conducting warehouse-in the sorted coins. The method, by modular design, realizes integration of coin classifying, sorting and arranging, and greatly increases accuracy and efficiency of coin sorting. The method can also sort large bulk of coins and is easy to use. 本发明涉及种硬币清分方法和装置。其中方法包括：通过将硬币输送到旋转装置中，以预设速度执行甩出操作；甩出的硬币进入到滑轨中，在滑轨中利用轨道的直径大小的不同，实现不同孔径的硬币进入到不同收纳口；再将区分过的硬币输送到轴流式整理器中，实现机械化整理；将整理后的硬币执行入库操作。上述方法通过模块化设计，实现了硬币分类、清点与整理的体化操作，且对硬币的清理的准确性与高效性有较大的提高，此外，还可以对大流量的硬币执行清分操作，具有良好的易用性。
