Method and system for turning off alarm and terminal

The invention discloses a method and a system for turning off alarm and a terminal. The method includes detecting whether ringing of the alarm is suspended or not; judging whether terminal operation of users is detected or not in preset operation durations if suspension of ringing of the alarm is detected; turning off the alarm under the control if terminal operation of the users is detected; allowing the alarm to ring again under the control when first preset durations are up if terminal operation of the users is not detected. Time points when ringing of the alarm is suspended are used as start time points of the preset operation durations. The method, the system and the terminal have the advantages that the alarm of the terminal can be turned off after ringing of the alarm is suspended as long as terminal operation of the users is detected in the preset operation durations, and accordingly operation for turning off the alarm can be humanized; the alarm can ring again after ringing of the alarm is suspended
