The invention discloses a touch display panel and a display device. Each touch sensing electrode block column corresponding area comprises at least one touch transmitting electrode, all touch sensing electrode blocks corresponding to all touch transmitting electrodes connected with a same transmitting port are connected with different sensing ports to ensure that touch positions can be determined in a touch stage through the touch sensing electrode blocks and the corresponding touch transmitting electrodes; by optimizing connecting modes of the touch sensing electrode blocks and the sensing ports, each transmitting port is enabled to be connected with multiple touch transmitting electrodes to reduce number of the transmitting ports so as to improve the problem of circuit layout of the display device. 本发明公开了种触控显示面板及显示装置，每个触控感应电极块列对应区域包括至少个触控发射电极，且连接同发射端口的所有触控发射电极所对应的所有触控感应电极块连接的感应端口不同，以保证在触控阶段通过触控感应电极块和相应触控发射电极能够确定触控位置；并且，通过优化触控感应电极块和感应端口的连接方式，能够使每个发射端口连接多个触控发射电极，以减少发射端口的数量，进而改善显示装置的线路布局问题。
