The system comprises a client for acquiring data and a server end for receiving data; the client comprises an industrial personal computer with a client program module; the server end comprises a server with a server end program module; the industrial personal computer is provided with configuration software providing OPC (OLE for Process Control) interfaces; the client program module scans all variable data in the configuration software by calling an OPC communication dynamic link library; and an operator selects variables to be uploaded to the server according to needs.
