The preparation method of the powdered ink suitable for the aluminum developing roller comprises the following steps of mixing 85-90% of polyester resin, 2-5% of PP wax, 0.5-2% of PE wax, 0.5-3% of ferrous series complex and 5-10% of nanometer carbon black in a high-speed mixing machine according to mass proportion of each constituent; performing melt extrusion and smashing after rolling; performing fine smashing, wherein the obtained material is a powdered ink half-finished product; mixing modified silicon dioxide, modified nanometer ferric oxide, nanometer aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide in the mixing machine according to the mass ratios of the modified silicon dioxide, the modified nanometer ferric oxide, the nanometer aluminum oxide and the silicon dioxide respectively accounting for 0.5-2%, 0.3-1%, 0.05-0.3% and 0.3-0.8% of the powdered ink half-finished product; and screening the obtained mixture |
