Binary processing method for seismic velocity data

The invention provides a binary processing method for seismic velocity data. The method comprises the following steps: inputting speed control point data in a table format or a text format into software, wherein all time/depth-velocity data pairs corresponding to each speed control point form a data set; performing interpolation processing at a predetermined interval within the time/depth scope in one data set, obtaining a data part, updating a trace header and obtaining a trace header part represented by a software internal format; performing interpolation and trace header update processing on each data set; outputting final data composed of the trace header part and the data part in a binary format from the software. The binary processing method provided by the invention has the benefits that the speed control point data can be inputted in the table format or the text format, so that the flexibility and the convenience are realized; the binary processing method has complete binary formatted speed data outpu
