Zusammenfassung: | A method of a Doppler log for detecting the accuracy of the water velocity measurement is provided. A water velocity measurement accuracy detecting system on which the method depends mainly includes a data acquisition and analysis device, a detection standard instrument, an inertial navigation device and the Doppler log. The detection standard instrument is a GPS receiver or a Beidou receiver. In order to ensure the accuracy of velocity measurement, a carrier of the Doppler log is required to maintain marine engine rotating speed Ve constant and to maintain a course deviation less than or equal to +/-1 degree in a navigation course. The GPS receiver or the Beidou receiver is used as the detection standard instrument. A test ship sails three times along the same route. The transversal velocities and the longitudinal velocities, measured by an ADL, of the test ship relative to each water layer in the three sailing times are recorded.
