Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a novel CoTiO3 gas sensitive material.Cobalt nitrate hexahydrate and tetra-n-butyl titanate serve as precursors, ethylene glycol methyl ether serves as solvent, citric acid serves as a complexing agent, polyethylene glycol, polyethylene pyrrolidone, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide respectivelyserve as a dispersant, a sol-gel method is adopted to preparea CoTiO3 nano material, and the CoTiO3 nano material isapplied toa Al2O3 substrate with a Ag-Pd interdigital electrode to make a planar gas sensitive device. The made planar gas sensitive device is fairly short in response/recovery time to ethanol and acetone gas, only needs about 15 seconds, is high in sensitivity and is thenovel gas sensitive material. 本发明公开了种新型的CoTiO气敏材料,以六水合硝酸钴、钛酸四正丁酯为前驱体,乙二醇甲醚为溶剂,柠檬酸为络合剂,分别以聚乙二醇、聚吡咯烷酮、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为分散剂,采用溶胶凝胶方法制备CoTiO纳米材料,并将CoTiO纳米材料涂敷在带有Ag-Pd叉指电极的AlO基片上制作成平面型气敏器件。本发明制作的CoTiO气敏器件对乙醇、丙酮气体的响应/恢复时间相当快,仅约15s,灵敏度较高,是种新型的气敏材料。
