Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for testing riboflavin in yolk and VB2 tablets through molecular fluorescence difference labeling. By adopting the method, a working curve does not need to be drawn, the mass percentage of a component to be tested can be rapidly acquired by only using two differential labeled test liquids, sample background interference is completely eliminated in the testing process, and meanwhile, as different amounts of standard solutions are added into two test liquids of the same volume, testing errors introduced by side reaction such as polymerization, dissociation and photolysis caused by different concentrations of the tested component in a sample can be compensated or deducted, the testing accuracy can be further ensured and improved. The detection limit of the method disclosed by the invention is 5.76ng/mL, and the limit of quantitation is 1.92*10mu g/mL.
