Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a testing method of Moh's hardness of a powdery material for characterizing a CCL (Copper Coated Laminate). The method comprises the following steps: firstly, weighing a proper amount of a to-be-tested sample and putting in a ceramic crucible for later use; secondly, putting the ceramic crucible filled with a sample into a muffle furnace, setting the temperature at 1000 to 1600DEG C, and starting to raise temperature; insulating for 30 to 60 minutes after the temperature reaches a set value, then closing temperature rise, naturally cooling to normal temperature, and taking out a sample block in the ceramic crucible; thirdly, scraching the surface of the sample block by using a Moh's hardness pencil through directly using a scratch method to generate scratches, and comparing with a Moh's hardness scale to determine the hardness of the sample; fourthly, repeating the test for at least two times, and averaging to obtain the Moh's hardness. The method disclosed by the invention has the ad |
