Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a fire pump guide wheel with a coating. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of pretreatment, wherein surface oxidation layer treatment is conducted through a shot blasting machine after oil stains, iron and scale sundries on the guide vane surface are removed; coating, wherein a dyclonine solution is used for spraying or dipping a fire pump guide vane, and excess treating fluid is removed through centrifuge dripping, natural vertical flowing and brushing; baking, wherein the dyclonine solution on a guide vane substrate is converted into a film layer, sintering, curing and oxidation reduction are conducted at about 300 DEG C, cleaning and guide vane grinding are conducted, and the manufacturing process is completed.
