Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an amination process improvement method for PP-ST-DVB-based strong base ion exchange fibers. The method comprises the following steps: adding a small amount of water into PP-ST-DVB fibers containing benzyl chloride or chloroacetyl functional groups, uniformly turning, and adding the fibers into a horizontal reaction kettle in a wet state; carrying out a neutralization reaction between trimethylamine hydrochloride and solution obtained by dissolving NaOH solids to release trimethylamine gas; allowing the trimethylamine gas to enter the reaction kettle through gas, and rapidly aminating under heating and high-pressure conditions; after the reaction is ended, volatilizing the trimethylamine on the fiber surface as much as possible under high-speed rotation of an inner cylinder of the horizontal reaction kettle and heating and high-pressure conditions, condensing and recovering most of the trimethylamine gas for continuous use, and absorbing a small amount of trimethylamine gas by dilute s
