The method comprises steps as follows: grass fiber raw materials are crushed and screened, and grass powder is prepared for later use; the grass powder is mixed with a mixed aqueous solution containing sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite or peracetic acid for impregnation; the impregnated grass powder is activated at the temperature of 150-250 DEG C; the grass powder is carbonized at the temperature of 500-700 DEG C; ash removal and activation treatment are performed with a hydrochloric acid and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid aqueous solution; silica removal and activation treatment are performed with a hydrofluoric acid aqueous solution; washing is performed with ultrapure water at the temperature of 80-120 DEG C until the pH value is 5-8, filtration and drying are performed, and the supercapacitor carbon material is prepared.
