The invention provides a loading, unloading and transporting method for fertilizer export at a port. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, bagged fertilizer is processed into bulk fertilizer through package cutting operation in a storehouse; step 2, fertilizer is grabbed by a grab bucket of an overhead crane in the storehouse, leaked to a belt conveyor through a funnel, conveyed to outside of the storehouse through the belt conveyor and injected into a container by a discharging end; step 3, the container is transported to the port; step 4, the bottom of the container is connected with a gantry crane through a lifting appliance, the container is lifted and transported into a cabin; step 5, the door of the container is opened, the gantry crane inclines the container, and the fertilizer in the container is poured out of the door and into the cabin.
