Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a folding belt conveyor. The folding belt conveyor comprises a first belt conveyor, a second belt conveyor, a driving device and a belt. The first belt conveyor comprises a first rack, a driving wheel and a transition wheel, wherein the driving wheel and the transition wheel are arranged at the two ends of the first rack respectively. The second belt conveyor comprises a second rack, a driven wheel and a rotary wheel, wherein the driven wheel and the rotary wheel are arranged at the two ends of the second rack respectively. The transition wheel and the rotary wheel are connected through a fixing plate, the fixing plate is fixedly connected with the first belt conveyor, the second belt conveyor can rotate around the rotary wheel, one end of the driving device is connected with the second belt conveyor, and the other end of the driving device and the first belt conveyor are both fixed to a garbage sweeper. The belt is arranged on the driving wheel and the driven wheel in a surrounding m
