The vehicle running prevention device comprises a base fixing plate II, a base fixing plate I, a speed measurement system, an information processing system, an electric control system, an actuation system, a tripping device and an insertion claw braking device, wherein the tripping device comprises a cam, a tripper hook and a detacher hook pin; the insertion claw braking device comprises an insertion claw, an insertion claw hook pin and an insertion claw pin shaft; the actuation system comprises a driving motor and a motor wiring box; the motor wiring box is mounted on the base fixing plates; the driving motor is mounted in the motor wiring box; the driving motor is mounted on the base fixing plates and is connected with the electric control system; the electric control system is connected to the information processing system; and the information processing system is connected to the speed measurement system.
