Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a double-helix building block type vacuum heating low-carbon natural rubber processing system. The natural rubber processing system comprises a crusher which processes solidified block-shaped natural rubber into small blocks/grains, and is characterized by further comprising a conical extruder which discharges water through extruding the natural rubber which is in the shapes of the small blocks/grains to be dried; a double-helix rod is connected with multiple drying modules which comprise heating, cooling and vacuum-pumping functions in a building-block manner to form a drying device for drying the natural rubber, wherein the discharged materials of the crusher are conveyed to a feed hopper of the conical extruder, and the discharged materials of the conical extruder are fed into a receiving hopper of the drying device through a discharge hole.
