Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a multi-stage cyclone gravity separation preprocessing method of molybdenum copper containing concentrate. The method includes the steps of inputting molybdenum copper containing concentrate slurry into a long conical hydrocyclone with the diameter of 150 and the conical angle of 8 degrees for primary classification according to the classification pressure of 0.17-0.22 MPa and the classification concentration smaller than 30%, transferring overflow concentrate slurry into a thickener for gravity separation, and inputting bottom flow into a long conical hydrocyclone with the diameter of 100 and the conical angle of 8 degrees after separation for secondary classification according to the classification pressure of 0.18-0.24 MPa and the classification concentration smaller than 25%. Settled sands obtained through two times of cyclone classification are combined, the concentrate slurry concentration is controlled to be 28-32% after combination, then molybdenum copper floatation separation |
