Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the application field of perylenequinones, and more particularly relates to application of radio-isotope-labeled perylenequinones on preparing necrotic myocardium imaging agent. The radio-isotope-labeled perylenequinones have a specific binding force on the exposed DNA of the necrotic myocardium cells, and a radiation source is produced by radioisotopes, thus the specific binding force and the radiation source are utilized, the objective that the necrotic myocardium hibernation cells are effectively detected is achieved by means of a detector used in combination.
