Zusammenfassung:Provided are metal particles configured from Cu and trace elements, in which the grain diameter of the particles is 10-1000 mum, the mass ratio of Cu as measured by GDMS analysis exceeds 99.995%, and the total mass ratio of P and S among the trace elements is 3-30 ppm.
