The invention relates to a power cable sealed transmission mechanism for a low-temperature submersed pump. The power cable sealed transmission mechanism comprises a hollow cylindrical first insulated sleeve with one end opened and the other end sealed, a hollow cylindrical second insulated sleeve with two ends opened and a copper conductor passing through the sealed end of the first insulated sleeve and in fixed and sealed connection with the sealed end, wherein the first insulated sleeve is used for being in fixed and sealed connection with the motor end cover of the low-temperature submersed pump, and in the case of connection, the opened end of the first insulated sleeve passes through the motor end cover to the inner part of the low-temperature submersed pump; one end of the second insulated sleeve and the sealed end of the first insulated sleeve are in fixed and sealed connection, and the other end passes to the outer part of the low-temperature submersed pump; the first end of the copper conductor is lo
