Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an anti-resistant aluminum paste for the back surface field of a cell. The aluminum paste is composed of 80.5-89.7% of aluminum powder, 1.35-6.25% of glass powder, and 22-36% of an organic carrier by mass. The prepared aluminum paste can be coated on a film uniformly and compactly, the adhesion is high, the conversion efficiency of the cell is improved by 0.054-0.087%, UOC, ISC and FF are all improved, the bending degree is 2.15-2.25, and the cell using the aluminum paste has no crystal spot phenomenon in the back surface field.
