Zusammenfassung:The invention, which belongs to the technical field of the electronic circuit, relates to a microcurrent detection circuit. A broadband microcurrent detection circuit is divided into a pre stage and a post stage; the pre stage is a stage of a low-input-impedance trans-impedance amplifier and a main trans-impedance gain of the circuit is realized under the enough bandwidth; and the post stage is a voltage gain stage and the certain gain is provided for the circuit and the circuit driving capability is enhanced. Therefore, the bandwidth of over dozens of megahertz and the trans-impedance gain with the order exceeding the 106 order can be realized. 本发明属于电子电路技术领域,涉及种微电流检测电路。本发明的宽带微电流检测电路分为前后两级,前级为低输入阻抗的跨阻放大器,在足够宽的带宽下实现电路的主要跨阻增益;后级为电压增益级,为电路提供定的增益和增加电路驱动能力。本发明可以实现几十兆赫兹以上的带宽和超过10量级的跨阻增益。
