The invention discloses an experimental device for performing PM2.5 fumigation stressing on plants. The experimental device comprises an aerosol generator and a plurality of tested plant chambers, wherein each tested plant chamber is communicated with the aerosol generator through a pipeline; a fan for ensuring uniform air in the chamber is arranged on each of the tested plant chambers; concentration monitoring openings are formed in the upper surface of each tested plant chamber and in exhaust pipes; the exhaust pipe of each tested plant chamber is communicated with an alkaline absorption solution.
