The invention relates to a test bench for testing vibration and sound radiation of a clamped rectangular plate, which comprises a bench body. The bench body is an inverted trapezoidal four-edge frame with a large upper part and a small lower part; the upper end of the bench body is a rectangular frame formed by connection of four sections of fixed angle bars for fixing the clamped-state rectangular plate; the lower end of the bench body is a rectangular block formed by a steel plate; the rectangular frame is parallel with the rectangular block; two ends of the four isometric supporting angle bars are connected and fixed with four corners of a large rectangular frame and a small rectangular frame in a one-to-one correspondence mode; and the bench body also comprises a pressing component formed by four sections of pressing angle bars for fixedly connecting the clamped rectangular plate on the rectangular frame at the upper end of the bench body.
