The device comprises a motion conversion unit, a power generation unit, a voltage stabilization unit, an energy storage unit and a fixation unit. The power generation unit and the voltage stabilization unit are fixed above the motion conversion unit and connected through a wire; the fixation unit is adhered below the motion conversion unit and the energy storage unit; the energy storage unit is connected with the motion conversion unit and the voltage stabilization unit through a steel wire rope and a USB (universal serial bus) data line respectively; the motion conversion unit and the power generation unit are fixed to a human shank, and the energy storage unit is fixed to a human thigh.
