Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a low-temperature-resistant nodular cast iron part for auto parts and a preparation method of the low-temperature-resistant nodular cast iron part. The low-temperature-resistant nodular cast iron part comprises, by weight percentage, 3.5-3.9% of C, 1.6-1.9% of Si, 0.1-0.2% of Mn, 0.3-0.6% of Al, 0.2-0.4% of Ni, 0.1-0.2% of Te, 0.06-0.12% of Po, 0.06-0.08% of La, 0.03-0.06% of Eu, 0.02-0.04% of Pr, not more than 0.05% of P, not more than 0.04% of S and the balance Fe. The low-temperature-resistant nodular cast iron part has the advantages that the low temperature resistance of the nodular cast iron part can be improved evidently by regulating the content of Si, lowering the content of Mn and adding alloy elements such as Al, Ni, Te, Po, La, Eu and Pr, the low-temperature-resistant nodular cast iron part still has high impact toughness under the low temperature condition of minus 50 DEG C, and the use requirements of the auto parts in cold areas are satisfied.
