Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a technology for producing a soil conditioner by using steel mill waste. The technology comprises the following steps of 1, separately collecting light burned dolomite powder and limestone powder, of which the particle sizes are between 180-250-mesh; 2, grinding potassium feldspar with a ball mill into potassium feldspar powder, wherein the particle size of the potassium feldspar powder is 450-mesh; and 3, uniformly mixing the potassium feldspar powder with the limestone powder and the dolomite powder according to different mass percentage proportions so as to obtain a mixture 1, adding bentonite of which the mass percentage is 5% as a binder to the mixture 1 to obtain a mixture 2, adding the mixture 2 into a rotary drum granulating machine, and producing the granular soil conditioner of which the particle size is 2-5mm, wherein for the soil conditioner of which the pH value is greater than 9, the ratio of various raw materials, namely the light burned dolomite powder to the limestone
