Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method to prepare polysaccharides from Hirsutella sinensis. The prepared polysaccharides can reduce liver size, weight and the number and size of liver lipid vacuoles, as well as serum triglycerides and serum aspartate aminotransferase levels in humans and animals. The prepared polysaccharides can therefore be used to prevent and treat fatty liver disease. 本发明提供种使用中国被毛孢多糖体用于治疗或预防脂肪肝疾病的用途及其制备该中国被毛孢多糖体的方法。本发明的中国被毛孢多糖体可降低个体的肝脏重量与肝脏液泡，亦能降低血清中三酸甘油酯与天冬胺酸转胺酶(aspartate aminotransferase)含量，因此可用于预防与治疗脂肪肝疾病。
