The invention provides an insecticide method utilizing a night-light plate and transparent pest adhesion paper and discloses selective application of the insecticide method in an organic tea garden during a pest peak season. The insecticide method comprises the following steps of: coating a blank resin plate with a transparent paint added with a white light-emitting substance; and after the transparent paint is dried, adhering the transparent pest adhesion paper to the light-emitting surface of the blank resin plate. When use in night, pests are adhered to the transparent pest adhesion paper due to attraction of night lights; the pest are adhered to the paper; luminescent powder is a luminescent compound, a solution A is a solution obtained by dissolving different luminescent paints and CPPO in a solvent, a solution B is a solution obtained by dissolving hydrogen peroxide in a solvent, and ester compounds are taken as main solvents. According to the invention, common resin plates are processed and then coated
