The invention discloses a self-propelled combine harvester for sunflower. A combine harvester header is hinged to the front of a main frame and positioned at the lower portion of a cab, a threshing device is mounted at an outlet end of an oblique conveyer, a straw shaker is mounted at the rear of the threshing device, a straw chopping and returning device is mounted below the header, the rear end of the straw shaker is also provided with a slide plate, and an automatic collecting and discharging device for sunflower head is mounted below the rear of the slide plate. The combine harvester employs a spiral stalk-pull roller device and a stalk pull-press device, less stalks enter the threshing device, the load of a threshing and separating mechanism is reduced, finishing rate is increased, harvesting, threshing, kernel cleaning, impurity separating, empty head collecting and straw chopping and returning joint operation can be achieved at a time, kernel breakage rate is reduced, no damage is caused to kernel skin
