Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a megawatt battery energy storage system capacity optimal configuration method and system. The method includes the steps that the charge and discharge power of a megawatt battery energy storage system and joint output of a new energy power station and the megawatt battery energy storage system are determined; an objective function is established according to operating profits of the megawatt battery energy storage system in the period; the objective function is solved through particle swarm optimization, and the optimized capacity configuration of the megawatt battery energy storage system is obtained. The system comprises a communication module, a data storage and management module, a control and decision making module and a capacity configuration optimizing module.
